Steve Yeates was enamoured of Cabbagetown when he landed here in 1998 and had an oblique interest in the group that was trying to save it. After volunteering to design the CPA logo in 2001, Steve was press-ganged onto the board where he has since created and developed the graphic communications portfolio. In that role Steve produces the Newsletter, tickets, posters, banners, booklets, T-towels, street signs and anything else that can be printed. Steve is also a past-Chair and enthusiastic tour guide.

A first career teaching high school Geography, was followed by his design education at Ryerson University. When not being a graphic artist, his time is absorbed by fitness, cycling and cooking, as well as a minor obsession with urban and environmental issues.
